If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

Canceling Your Order

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once a digital item has been sold.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days (including holidays) from the time you receive the item, national holidays and weekends are not customer service hours, if you need to return or exchange the goods please note the time!

Please note: The product must be unopened, unused, and must be due to non-human defects resulting in staining, malfunctioning or any other factors before we can accept returns/exchanges.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will use the same method of payment as you used for your order and you will not incur any charges for the return.

Conditions of Return
In order for an item to be eligible for return, please make sure:
The item must be unopened and unused, and not be tarnished, faulty or defective in any way.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only original price items can be refunded, promotional items cannot be refunded.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

No refunds or exchanges on digital items.
After receiving your return request and reviewing the contents of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Returns
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise in returns. Therefore, we recommend insured and traceable shipping services. We are unable to issue refunds without physically receiving the item or proof of return.
